Most of what a business needs is smaller and more specific than what it gets sold. Plenty of companies pay for an enormous CRM and use a tenth of it. So I look first: at how you work, at what your numbers already say, and at what is quietly costing you money. Then we build only that.

A free diagnostic: I look at how you work today, where your time goes and what your numbers already say. You leave with a map of what to fix first, whether we work together or not.
Scope, timeline and cost in writing, and where it makes sense part of the cost can be tied to the results it produces. If something is not worth building, I will tell you.
Releases you can use and react to early on, not a black box for six months.
Support, active monitoring and improvements after launch, with a same-business-day response. The monitoring is the kind a large company runs, which usually means I see the problem before you do. You talk to me, not to a ticket queue.

Who is behind this
I spent over a decade in technology at Disney, on streaming and theme-park platforms, and several years before that in banking and advertising. In none of them was budget the problem. That is where I learned that what separates a business that grows from one that stalls is rarely talent: it is access to the tools.
That is why torrhes exists. I build for small and mid-sized businesses the same systems large companies take for granted: quotes, inventory, attendance, customer tracking. Ethical, accessible technology shaped around how you work, not the other way around.
